Beloved Websites is a small UK web studio that builds and hosts static websites for tradespeople and small local businesses. You send your details and photos on WhatsApp, we build a free demo, and when you are happy the site goes live on your own domain for £9.99 a month.

Key facts

How long it takes	Your demo is usually ready within about a week of us getting your details and photos. Going live after that depends on how quickly you check it.
Monthly price	£9.99 a month on your own domain. No monthly fee while the site stays on our beloved-websites.com address; that version carries a small credit, and we may withdraw the free tier on reasonable notice.
Upfront cost	No setup fee and no deposit. The demo is free. If you need a domain we buy it at cost; moving an existing website is quoted first.
Contract	Monthly rolling, with no minimum term. Billed monthly in advance from the go-live date, normally by Direct Debit.
Your domain	If you have your own domain it stays registered to you. We can buy one on your behalf at cost.
If you leave	Cancel any time by message; it takes effect at the end of the paid month. You can ask for a static export of the site. The words, photos, logo and brand you give us stay yours.
What is included	A static website of one page or several, hosting, HTTPS, backups, a contact form, call and WhatsApp buttons, and on-page SEO. In the first calendar month after go-live we polish the site with you.
What is not included	Online booking, payments, shops, customer logins, apps, email accounts and adverts: we do not build these. After the first month, changes may be chargeable; we agree the cost first.

The five steps

Everything happens on WhatsApp. There are no meetings.

Send your details on WhatsAppMessage us on WhatsApp. We send you one list of what we need, and you reply with your details and photos when it suits you.
See a free demoWe build your site on a beloved-websites.com address and send you the link. Your demo is usually ready within about a week of us getting your details and photos. It is free, you are under no obligation, and it is hidden from search engines while you check it.
Ask for changesLook at the demo on your phone and send your changes together in one message. Two rounds of changes are included before go-live. If we hear nothing for 3 working days after the demo message, we treat the demo as approved.
Go liveYou check and approve the final content, especially prices, phone numbers, addresses and opening hours. The site then goes live on your own domain for £9.99 a month, or stays on our address with no monthly fee. A free site carries a small credit, and we may withdraw the free tier on reasonable notice.
The first monthFor the first calendar month after go-live we polish the site with you: copy, colours, sections, photos and layout. After that, changes may be chargeable, and we agree the cost with you first.

What we need from you

We send this list once, on WhatsApp.

The name of your business as it should appear, and the towns you cover
The phone number and email address for the site, and your WhatsApp number if it is different
The services you want listed, in the order you sell them, with any prices you are happy to show
Five to ten photos of your own work. Phone photos are fine
Your logo if you have one, and any colours you want or do not want
A link to your Google Business Profile and any other review pages
Your opening hours
Any accreditations or insurance you want shown
Whether you already own a domain

What we write and what comes from you

We write the site copy from what you send us. You check and approve it before it goes live.

We never make up prices, reviews, ratings, phone numbers or opening hours. Those come from you.

The main photos and galleries use real photos of your work. We supply backgrounds and icons.

If you have no logo we will make one. Your own logo always takes priority.

How long it takes

Your demo is usually ready within about a week of us getting your details and photos.

Going live after that depends on how quickly you check the demo and send your changes. What takes longest is waiting for photos and information, so the sooner those arrive, the sooner you are live.

We do not promise a date.

How we stay in touch

Everything happens on WhatsApp, at your pace, so you can reply between jobs. You deal with our team on WhatsApp and by phone.

We never ask for your passwords. If you have your own domain it stays registered to you, and we explain how to connect it to your new site.

We work in English and Polish. Ask us about a Polish or two-language site and we will confirm the details.

When you pay

The demo is free. The £9.99 a month starts when your site goes live on your own domain, billed monthly in advance, normally by Direct Debit. There is no setup fee, no deposit and no minimum term.

If you would rather skip the demo, tell us and we will confirm when payment starts. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.

What we do not build

We build one thing: a static website. We do not build online booking, payments, shops, customer logins, apps or email accounts, and we do not run adverts.

If you already use a booking or payment service, we can add a button that takes your customers to it.

Questions about the process

Do we need to meet or have long calls?

No. Everything happens on WhatsApp, at your pace, so you can reply between jobs.

What if I do not like the demo?

Then we change it. Two rounds of changes are included before it goes live. If it is still not for you, you walk away and owe nothing.

Can I skip the demo and go straight to my own domain?

Yes. Tell us, and we will confirm when payment starts.

I already have a website. Can you move it?

We can rebuild it as a static site. Moving an existing site is a separate job and we quote it first.
