Beloved Websites is a small UK web studio that builds and hosts static websites for tradespeople and small local businesses, paid for monthly at £9.99 a month on your own domain. There is no setup fee, no deposit and no minimum term, and you see a free demo of your site before you pay anything.

What a pay monthly website is
A pay monthly website is one you pay for in small monthly amounts instead of one large bill at the start. Some people call it renting a website. With us it is the same thing: we build the site and host it, and you pay £9.99 a month for as long as you want it on your own domain.
It is a static website: a set of ready-made pages with no database behind them. There is no admin panel and nothing for you to maintain.
You do not build anything yourself. We write the words from what you send us, and you check and approve them before the site goes live.
No upfront cost: what you pay and when
There is no setup fee and no deposit. This is what each part costs, including the parts the monthly price does not cover.

How much does a pay monthly website cost?
£9.99 a month on your own domain, billed monthly in advance from the day the site goes live, normally by Direct Debit. There is no setup fee and no deposit. If the site stays on our beloved-websites.com address there is no monthly fee; that version carries a small credit, and we may withdraw the free tier on reasonable notice.
Is there really no upfront cost?
There is no setup fee and no deposit, and the demo is free. Two things can cost money at the start. If you need a domain we can buy one on your behalf at cost, about £10 a year for a .co.uk. Moving an existing website is quoted before we start.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
There is no minimum term and no long tie-in. The plan is monthly rolling, and you can cancel any time by message; it takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. You do agree to our terms when you go live, so we do not call it “no contract”.
Can I see the site before I pay?
Yes. We build a free demo on a beloved-websites.com address, with no obligation. You only pay once you choose to go live on your own domain. If you would rather skip the demo, tell us and we will confirm when payment starts.
What happens if I cancel?
The site we host is taken offline at the end of the month you have paid for. If you have your own domain it stays registered to you, and you can ask us for a static export of the site to host elsewhere.
Do I own the website?
The words, photos, logo and brand you give us stay yours. We design and host the site as part of the monthly plan, and the design system it is built on stays ours. If you leave, you can ask for a static export: the published HTML, CSS and images. If you have your own domain it stays registered to you.
What about my domain name?
If you have your own domain it stays registered to you. We point it at our hosting and never ask for the password to your domain account. If you do not have one, we can buy one on your behalf at cost.
Are changes included in the monthly price?
Two rounds of changes are part of the build, and the first calendar month after go-live is for polishing the site with you. After that, changes to content or design may be chargeable; we tell you the cost and agree it before we do the work. We fix anything that breaks, or that we got wrong.
Can the price go up?
We give at least 30 days’ notice of any change to the price, and you are free to cancel before it takes effect.
